Step 1
Download and install these 2 apps from the App Store on your iPad.
1) Cisco AnyConnect.
2) Microsoft Remote Desktop.
Step 2
Open Cisco AnyConnect
Tap Connections and then Tap Add VPN Connection
Enter the information shown below:
Description: BIVF VPN
Server Address: secure.bostonivf.com
Tap Save when completed.
You will now receive a pop-up asking you to Allow this connection: Tap Allow.
Your settings app will now open asking for your passcode to enable this connection: Enter your passcode.
Step 3
Open the Microsoft Remote Desktop App.
Tap the + and then Add PC
Tap PC name and enter:
Boston IVF New England Employees should enter: remote.bostonivf.com
MD's, PA's, and NP's should enter: remotemd.bostonivf.com
New York Employees should enter: remote.albanyivf.com
North Carolina Employees should enter: nc.bostonivf.com
Once the correct name is entered, tap the back arrow.
Tap User Account.
Tap Add user account.
Enter your network username with @bostonivf.com at the end. Ex. [email protected] (If you're a New York Employee you will use @bostonivf.com and not your primary email).
DO NOT enter your password. Your password expires and you can lock your account if you input a password.
Tap Save, make sure there's check mark next to your account, and then the Back arrow.
Your screen should look like this:

Step 4
How to connect:
1) Open the Cisco AnyConnect app.
2) Tap the toggle to turn on your BIVF VPN Connection.
When the login pop-up opens, enter your Boston IVF username and password.
You will need to complete MFA in order to finish logging into the BIVF VPN. Once completed, the toggle will turn green in the Cisco app and Details will display: Connected.
3) Open the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.
4) Tap on the Connection that was previously created above.
Enter your network password and then Tap Continue.
You should now be connected to your Remote Desktop.
