Outlook on the web

1) Log into your Boston IVF email account on the web: https://outlook.office365.com

 

2) In the navigation pane on the left, Right click on Folders and then click: Add Shared Folder.

 

 

The Add shared folder dialogue box appears.

 

 

3) Input the name of the shared Mailbox. 

 

4) Click Add.

 

The Shared mailbox will now appear at the bottom of the navigation pane.
