Follow these steps when connecting to Boston IVF's Remote Desktop

1. Open Cisco AnyConnect.
2. Enter: secure.bostonivf.com in the blank address field and then click Connect.
3. Login using your Boston IVF username and network password when the pop-up window opens.
4. Complete the MFA using your cell phone (Text message or Microsoft Authenticator App).
5. Wait for Cisco to Display: Connected.
6. Open Remote Desktop, the remote address should be: remote.bostonivf.com or remote.albanyivf.com (depending on what office you work out of).
7. Login using your Boston IVF username and network password.
8. You should now be connected to Remote Desktop.
