How to setup Microsoft Authenticator

Any employee connecting to Boston IVF’s Remote Desktop will need to setup their MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).  Watching the video is a requirement in order to gain remote access.  Watch the video after installing Cisco AnyConnect and creating the Remote Desktop Connection on your computer.

Steps outlined in the Video:

 

Step 1 - Download the Microsoft Authenticator App to your cell phone.

Step 2 – Login to: https://portal.office.com and setup the Authenticator App to work with your Boston IVF Microsoft 365 account.

Step 3 – Test your access.
