Self-Service Password Reset – Change Password

 

• Go to https://portal.office.com and login with your full email address or bostonivf username with @bostonivf.com at the end.

 

 

• Once logged in, on the upper right corner, click on your account à View Account

 

 

 

• Click Change Password

 

 

• Enter Old Password, then new Password

 

• Password is now changed. Use new password to login to Office 365 and Boston IVF

• Go to https://portal.office.com and enter your full email address

 

 

• Click Forgot my password

 

• Enter the characters in the picture

 

 

 

• Enter your method of verification registered with Microsoft 365

 

 

• Enter Verification Code

 

 

• Enter new password

 

• Password is reset. Use new password to login to Office 365 and Boston IVF
