Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup                                                                                              

1. Open this link: https://portal.office.com
2. Enter your Boston IVF email.  If you don’t have a Boston IVF email, then enter your Boston IVF username with @bostonivf.com at the end.

3. Click Next

4. Enter your Boston IVF Network password.

5. Click Sign In

6. Click Next on the More Information required pop-up.

7. Enter your cell phone in the phone number box and click Next.

8. Enter the code that was texted to your cell phone and click Next.

9. Click Next on the verification screen and then Done.

You are now setup and will be redirected to your portal home page.
