How to remove individual email addresses from Outlook’s Auto-Complete.

  1. Open your Outlook email.
  2. Click on New Email and open a new email message.
  3. Begin to type the email address in the TO: Field.
  4. Auto-Complete will show a list of email addresses that are stored.

 

 

  1. On the right side of the Auto-Complete window, move your mouse over or use the down arrow on your keyboard to select the entry you want to remove. Click on the X to delete the email.
