Below is a breakdown of the 3 main passwords for Boston IVF and their use.

   

 

1. Computer/Network/Email Password: 

This password is used when you initially log into:

 - office computer

 - remote desktop

 - SharePoint

 - email from your phone

 - email on the web.

* This password expires every 90 days. You will receive email notifications starting 14 days prior to expiration. Change your password immediately upon receipt of the first one of these emails.

   

 

 

2. eIVF Password: 

This password is only used for logging into:

- eIVF application.

* This password will not expire for years.  After several years you will receive a notification upon login that your password has expired.  If you have trouble resetting, then email the eIVF support group.

    

 

 

3. WinMed Password:

This password is used to log into:

- WinMed application.

* This password does not expire.
