You can check to see if an email was caught be the Barracuda Email Filter.
Click on this link: https://ess.barracudanetworks.com/user/auth/login
Input your Boston IVF email address and click next.
Input your Boston IVF Network/Computer/Email password and click Log In.
Change the message filter dropdown box from Quarantined to Not Allowed.
Check the box to the left of the email you are looking for and click the Deliver or Whitelist button. Deliver is for one time delivery of a message that was blocked. Whitelist is to always pass through emails from the sender and deliver the current message.
