How to troubleshoot DYMO Printing error.
No labels are printing
- Make sure the blue light on the front of the DYMO is lit.
- Make sure the USB cable is plugged into the back of the DYMO and the computer.
- If both of these are connected and the blue light is on then: unplug the power cable from the back of the DYMO, wait for the blue light to turn off, and then plug the power cable back in. You may also need to restart your computer.
Label is printing the wrong direction
- Change the label orientation inside eIVF or the program you are using from landscape to portrait or vise versa.
Change or set the label paper in the printer
