If you receive an error while trying to open eIVF, then follow these steps.
1) Restart your computer
2) Make sure the username and password are correct.
3) Check to see if you are connected to the internet and can open websites.
4) Check the application configuration attachment to this article if you are getting: no incoming data, or server name error.
If you still cannot open or login to eIVF submit a ticket to the Helpdesk.
