eIVF will sometimes give a "switch to" error while working with Word documents.  This can occur when you have multiple Word documents open at the same time.

eIVF advises that you only have 1 Word document open at a time while working with eIVF.

Per eivf follow these steps:

1) Open the Task Manager - CTRL+ALT+DEL and select Task Manager

2) Click on More details at the bottom.

3) Click on the arrow to the left of Microsoft Word to expand the menu.

4) Right click on the Word file and select Bring to Front or End Task.
